We charge a one-time flat rate for cleaning after your stay:

Please consider the payment limit of your bank card when settling the remaining balance at the hotel. We therefore recommend transferring part of the remaining amount one week prior to your arrival.
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Cancellation fees only apply if the booked units cannot be re-rented. We recommend taking out travel insurance. Here you can find an overview of the services offered by the European Travel Insurance.
In the case of delayed arrival or early departure, we must charge the full room rate. Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
